Maher Morcos was trained as an architect and raised in Egypt.  He spent much of his young adult life in Europe and then moved to the United States to perfect his paintings of the Western history.  Giclee’s of some of his most famous works as well as landscapes of famous European sites are proudly displayed at El Prado by the Creek.

Maher Morcos began his career as an artist at the age of 13 when he began selling his watercolors to tourists that depicted scenes of daily life amongst the ancient ruins of Egypt. At the age of 14, he competed in an Egyptian government-sponsored national competition and won Best of Show.
