Jeff Margolin’s pottery has graced many exquisite homes and continues to be a popular item in El Prado’s eclectic art collection. Each pot is hand carved and finished with horse hair in the final firing to create that one of a kind vessel Jeff is famous for.

Art Work By Jeff Margolin
Jeff Margolin developed his skill and aesthetic by associating with other artists and their ideas through work collectives and other art associations. His work is the result of a four-step process where the pieces are built or thrown, carved, burnished and pit-fired. The distinct patterns visible are the result of the organic materials he uses for the firing.
