Guy Manning captures the action of the Native American at a time when the west was wild and the struggle for survival could be felt in the dust. This unique painter, is able to fill a canvas with the emotions and color of a time we can only dream of, unless of course, we own a Guy Manning oil painting. El Prado has proudly represented Guy Manning exclusively for over 25 years.

Native American Paintings By Guy Manning
Guy Manning ’s particular focus has been working from life with people as his subjects. Live models have always supplemented historical photographs when rendering his paintings giving them a sense of life and character. He admires the culture, beauty, and strength of character of Native Americans. For that reason he paints views into family life as well as historical settings to give a more balanced view of Native American culture.
