Marty Goldstein’s Harvey Dogs delight gallery visitors daily. His bronze characters remind collectors of the place in their hearts that only the delightful companionship of a dog can evoke. From life size dogs to miniature bronze dogs and bones, the menagerie of canine characters solicits smiles from El Prado guests and then the collectors of these bronze animals who adopt them as their own. Whimsical and warm, a Harvey Dog is a treasure for any art lover.

Marty Goldstein's Profile

Marty Goldstein, a native Californian, spent his childhood in San Diego with one brother and two Irish Setters, and that is where this story begins.

Many years later when Marty retired from the rigors of corporate life, he rediscovered his passion for art. After taking numerous classes, the artist found himself eager to create a series of whimsical bronze “Harvey Dogs” to share with anyone who loves animals or simply delights in beginning each day with a smile.

The "Harvey Dogs" have expanded their pack to include over seventy-five variations, breeds, and distant cousins. Marty has created a collection of "Little Guys" and "Harvey Pigs," plus a couple of life size friends called Seth and Clementine. Marty's limited-edition bronzes have found homes throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.
